Bueno, primero presentarme: Soy Martín y tengo 24 años. Soy de Pontevedra, 60km al sur de Santiago, y estudio ahi filologia inglesa.
Como ya sabeis de ver el anuncio, pillé este piso y estoy buscando 3 compañer@s para el curso 09/10, desde el 1 de Octubre del 09 hasta el 30 de Junio del 10. El precio de las habitaciones 2 y 3 es de 200 euros(TODAS LAS HABITAIONES OCUPADAS), y el de la habitacion 1 es de 220(OCUPADA), porque tiene baño dentro de la habitacion. Además hay que pagar agua y luz lo que gastemos. La comunidad mensual de 30 euros a repartir entre los 4. Como podeis ver en las fotos hay calefaccion, tele (aunque espero que esto no importe demasiado :P), lavadora, secadora, cocina de vitroceramica. No hay internet, pero hay muchos sitios cerca donde se puede usar wifi.
Bueno, busco gente normal, simpática y con ganas de fiesta y estudio! Si hay tiempo para todo!
Os pido que no os asusteis por el desorden de las habitaciones, una de ellas esta en obras, pues el casero va a ponerle un baño dentro. En las fotos, las habitaciones tienen mas de una cama, porque ahora en verano el casero las alquila a los turistas, pero si venis solo habría una, claro. Si necesitasemos más tambien supongo que nos las dejaria! Todo es hablarlo con el!
Como vereis, en el salon tambien hay camas, pero por eso que os dije!! No os asusteis! Es un salón normal!! (Los mantelillos horteras y las colchas de colores abominables serán de obligada eliminacion tan pronto como nos instalemos en el piso!! :P )

El piso esta en la Rua Trindade, en la zona vieja, justo al lado de la catedral.

Hi everyone!
Well, let me introduce myself: My name's Martín and I'm 24. I'm from Pontevedra, 60km south of Santiago, and I'm studying English philology.
As you know from seeing the ad, I rented a flat and I'm looking for 3 cool flatmates from October 1st 09 till June 30th 2010. Rooms numer 2 and 3 cost 200 euros(BOTH GIVEN ALREADY), and room 1 costs 220(GONE) because there's one bathroom inside the room. Besides, we've got to pay bills for watersupply and electricity. There's one building maintenance fee which is 30 monthly euros to share between the four of us. As you can see in the pics, there is central heating, tv(I hope this is not important at all :P), washing and drying machine, vitroceramic stove. There's no Internet access, but there are many places around where you can use wireless connection.
I'm looking for nice normal people and feeling like partying and studying!! There's time for everything!!
Do not be scared of the room's mess, one of them is under improvements, as the Landlord is gonna put a new bathroom in it. In the pics, the rooms have more than one bed, because now in summer the landlord is renting the rooms to tourists, but when you come, there'd be only one. Should we need more beds, we could ask him to!
Also, in the living room there are some beds, just because of what I just said before. But don't get scared! It's a normal living room! (Those tasteless place mats and the tacky vases will be removed as soon as we move in!!! :P )
